Why I Created D-Fix: A Founder’s Exclusive

More Than Just a Business—A Mission to Restore Control

Before I was a Founder & Lead Systems Engineer, before I built an AI Repair Agent, before D-Fix even had a name—I was a gamer, barber, customer service rep., fraud specialist, entrepreneur (failed- repeatedly), teacher, student - and the list goes on. To badly summarize my 27 years of life, I tried it all. Yet, none of these endeavors were even remotely as cataclysmic as my years of being a Systems Specialist at Caribbean Credit Card Company (4CS).

I remember being unable to stick to my desk for very long, after completing my duties. The joy of each shift I worked, was had by being nosy about the tasks that everyone else did in order to make this organization work. On my days off, I spent hours repairing phones, upgrading computers, writing code (my ultimate love), & troubleshooting issues for people who didn’t have the luxury of replacing what was broken. I understood what it meant to be the one people relied on—to be the person who had to fix problems, no matter how difficult or unpredictable they were.

This wasn’t just work. It was a responsibility.

It was the culmination of all these different experiences, that allowed me to see the real struggles people, and organizations had... And for better or worse, the repair industry was no different.
✔ Businesses struggling with poor organization, wasted time, and lost revenue.
✔ Skilled technicians trying to prove their worth but lacking the tools to manage requests efficiently.
✔ Customers feeling helpless because they didn’t know who to trust, where to go, or if they were getting a fair deal.

And then there were the small businesses—the ones without capital, connections, or an easy way in.

These businesses weren’t just “companies.”
They were people. They were dreams.
They were risk-takers, innovators, providers for their families.
Yet, too many were failing—not because of lack of skill, but because they lacked the right tools, the right system, and the right access to opportunity.

I built D-Fix for them.

Sinking or Swimming—Why This Became Personal

Starting a business—or even just trying to succeed in your field—can feel like stepping into a puddle, only to realize you’ve fallen into the deepest part of the ocean.

You’re flailing, fighting against the weight of chaos, mismanagement, self-doubt, exhaustion.

You want to make progress, but the harder you push, the deeper you sink.
And eventually, the light from the surface disappears.

I know that feeling because I lived it while building D-Fix.

Day after day, it felt like there was no progress.
No applause. No validation. Just endless failures, late nights, burning eyes, sleepless nights, skipped meals, and self-doubt.

But I refused to sink.

I forced myself to synchronize the chaos—to turn my struggle into a method, my mistakes into blueprints, and my vision into something real.

Because if I could find the right technique to reach the surface, then maybe—just maybe—
I could bring others with me.

A System for Those Who Needed It Most

Studying in Taiwan, I made so many friends in engineering, strategic communication, and other fields.

Brilliant people. Talented people.
People with skills that the world desperately needs.

Yet, I saw how difficult the transition into real-world application was.

📌 Engineers graduating without real experience in handling service calls, troubleshooting under pressure, or managing real repair workflows.
📌 Fresh graduates struggling to prove their value because they had nowhere to practice or showcase their abilities.
📌 Small businesses failing because they lacked structure, guidance, or access to the right suppliers.

I couldn’t accept that.

So I isolated myself.
I worked, designed, coded, built, tested, failed, and rebuilt again.
And D-Fix was born.

D-Fix: Restoring Control Where It Was Lost

At its core, D-Fix isn’t about fixing appliances.
It’s about fixing the broken system that leaves people feeling powerless.

📌 Customers should have control.

  • They should be able to choose who, how, and when their items get repaired.
  • They should be able to compare offers and know they’re making the best decision.

📌 Businesses should have control.

  • They should never have to chase down customers, struggle with disorganized requests, or waste time.
  • They should have AI-powered analytics, real-time updates, and seamless automation to grow their business efficiently.

📌 Suppliers should have control.

  • They should have direct access to businesses in need, without unnecessary delays or middlemen.
  • They should be able to manage transactions and logistics effortlessly.

D-Fix gives everyone the tools to take control.

Because I know what it’s like to feel powerless.
I know what it’s like to have the world move forward while you’re struggling to catch up.
And I know what it means to fight, to push forward, and to create your own opportunity.

The Future of D-Fix—and the Future We’re Building Together

Today, D-Fix is live, operating, and growing.
It started in Taiwan. Now, Saint Kitts, Saint Vincent, and Saint Lucia are on board. And soon, we will expand worldwide.

This isn’t just a business.
This is a movement.

Because D-Fix isn’t here to serve the richest or the biggest corporations.
It’s here to level the playing field—to make sure that small businesses, hardworking technicians, and customers have a real chance to thrive in this new technological age.

I didn’t build this for money.
I built this because I care.
I built this because I know what it means to struggle.
And I built this because I refuse to watch others sink when I’ve already learned how to swim.

This is D-Fix.
This is your control.
This is your glimpse of the surface.
